We start with only the finest skirt steak. Then we flavor it in our own special marinades and grill it to perfection. Served with peppers and onions, guacamole, sour cream, warm flour tortillas, rice and beans.
Boneless chicken marinated in spicy chili then grilled, bathed in mole sauce and served with sautéed peppers & onions.
Sautéed shrimp marinated in our special chipotle cream sauce, served over a bed of rice and a side of vegetables.
